Okayy. I do agree with some of these, and Moxie Crimefighter, I'm deeply sorry, but some really aren't that bad.

I mean, I'm sure there are a lot of kids named Memphis, and Shiloh isn't that bad either.

Ohh well. They aren't exactly popular names, but they dont' even come close to Talula Does The Hula From Hawaii, or Number 16 Bus Shelter ;]].

Halle Berry files complaint again paparazzi

I'm sure everyone has seen the new pictures of Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry's new baby daughter Nahla, 4 months, but Berry is not happy about them.

According to the Daily Herald, Berry says a photographer went too far to get a picture of her holding Nahla. She says he trespassed onto her property and photographed them in her backyard.

Berry is seeking criminal charges against the photographer and is hoping to get them taken off the web. In a statement, Berry said:

"I have long since come to terms with the fact that choosing a career as an actress has made me a public figure, but my baby has made no such choice, and unless and until she does, I will do everything I can ... to keep her out of the public eye."

The pictures show Berry holding her daughter next to a table, which appears to be in her backyard.

SCANDAL!! I mean, I know I wouldn't be happy if someone just walked up to me in my backyard and started snapping pics. But then again, no one cares what I do, so maybe I would be flattered:]]
